Sam was very helpful. They painted fender flares for my truck. Color match was great. Turn around time was only a couple of days, much better than expected. Price was very competitive but more importantly the painting and final finishing was everything I had hoped for. I will return for more work when I need it.

After being essentially turned down by my Honda service department (where I've been a loyal customer for several years), I took my 20-year old Civic to Excellence Auto Collision on Auburn Blvd. to have a new bolt installed to replace a broken support bolt from the hinge of my trunk lid. Honda had told me such a procedure would involve a minimum of 3 hours labor, would likely not be successful, and that they would quite possibly find that I would need to replace the entire trunk lid! MARCO GUTIERREZ, the service advisor at Excellence, carefully analyzed the job and told me to get the bolt (w/washer -- $11 at Honda), bring it by, and he felt the repair likely could easily be made. I did so, and this morning they did, indeed, make the repair in less than an hour for an out-the-door cost of $125. My trunk lid has a new lease on life and is functioning like new again. Couldn't be happier!

It was both unfortunate and uncanny that within a time frame of 5 months, I had collision damage on two brand new cars, neither collisions were my fault. This was completely insane, except for finding the superb business who did both repairs with meticulous skill. They are Excellence Auto Collision Repair on Auburn Blvd. I got a recommendation from the Sacramento Lexus dealership for this business, and they did not disappoint. The true professionals that I interacted with were Rebecca and Marco. After seeing their office and all of the posted awards for best repairs, I was further impressed. When I had questions about insurance or car rentals, they listened carefully and offered good advice. Having the smooth and quality repair experience that I did is characteristic of authenticity.
