After being essentially turned down by my Honda service department (where I've been a loyal customer for several years), I took my 20-year old Civic to Excellence Auto Collision on Auburn Blvd. to have a new bolt installed to replace a broken support bolt from the hinge of my trunk lid. Honda had told me such a procedure would involve a minimum of 3 hours labor, would likely not be successful, and that they would quite possibly find that I would need to replace the entire trunk lid! MARCO GUTIERREZ, the service advisor at Excellence, carefully analyzed the job and told me to get the bolt (w/washer -- $11 at Honda), bring it by, and he felt the repair likely could easily be made. I did so, and this morning they did, indeed, make the repair in less than an hour for an out-the-door cost of $125. My trunk lid has a new lease on life and is functioning like new again. Couldn't be happier!

Hi, I needed to get some repairs done to my 2023 Honda Civic. Excellence Auto Collision did a great job if getting the repairs done in the time frame they had provided. The staff was very friendly and they kept me informed every step of the way regarding the repairs. I ran into a situation of getting some additional fees as the underbody needing serious cleaning but after speaking with the Manager who was very understanding, she waived that fee for me. There was a situation of initially after getting my vehicle back where it was making some strange sounds from the tires. I called them, I brought yhr vehicle back and within a day the issue was resolved. They were even nice enough to get lyft for me to pick me up and a situation where they also used Lyft to take me home. I would definitely recommend Excellence Auto Collision shop...
